Cucumber and Lemon Detox Water
To flush out toxins and boost immunity. As an anti inflammatory, cucumber helps keep the body hydrated. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate over night.
Cucumber and Grape Fruit Detox Water
For this recipe you will need a cucumber, a sliced lemon, a medium sized grapefruit, and a few mint leaves. Drink this mixture five times a day for five days and you will notice the difference.
Ginger and Lemon Detox Water
Ginger has been dubbed a magic root due to its natural ability to ease pain. For this mixture, you will need about a litre of water, a sliced lemon, grated ginger and some squeezed lemon juice. This detox drink is best in the morning, to flush out toxins that have rested in the body over night.
Apple Cider Calorie Burning Detox Water
This magic potion of detoxing juices is mainly compsed of apple cider vinegar. To make it, combine a slices apple, 2 spoons of cider vinegar, I spoon of fresh lemon juice. To mix it well, put it into a blender without the apples, dropping them in after.
Apple Cinnamon Detox Water
Cinnamon is known to boost the metabolism, so it is only fitting for it to have a place in detox beverages. A Pitcher of water, thin slices of apple, and a cinnamon stick are all that is needed for this recipe. It is suggested to let the ingredients sit in the water for at least an hour before consuming. The pitcher may be refilled three to four times with the same apples and cinnamon.
